Autistic Burnout Quiz

This test is for people who feel that words like stress, busyness, or tiredness no longer really describe what is going on. You may still look functional on the outside while your system has been out of reserve for quite a while.

  • About 6 to 8 minutes

  • Not a diagnosis

The questions look beyond fatigue alone. They focus on loss of recovery, reduced capacity, faster dysregulation, and the sense that even small demands now land as too much.

Not a diagnosis and not a replacement for medical or psychological assessment. This structured self-reflection quiz can help you examine whether your pattern resembles descriptions of autistic burnout.
You get:
  • 24 questions with no login and no timer
  • Separate scores for recovery, capacity, alarm-state, and social functioning
  • A result page that helps distinguish ordinary pressure from autistic burnout patterns

What the autistic burnout quiz can show

After short-lived stress, capacity usually starts to return when the pressure passes. Descriptions of autistic burnout involve a broader loss of capacity that does not resolve so simply. This questionnaire helps you examine that pattern across four sections. It cannot tell you the cause or rule out other mental or physical health conditions.

After this test

First look at which sections feel familiar and how long they have been present. That is more informative than the total score alone and can make a conversation with a clinician more concrete.
