This course is about autistic burnout. Not the version you read about in self-help books, but what it actually looks like. The exhaustion that doesn't go away with rest. The feeling that your body stopped cooperating. The shame of not being able to do 'normal things' anymore.

You get explanations, reflection questions and tools to get a grip on what's going on. Not to fix it in six modules. But to understand it, and to see what is possible right now.

What happens in your body

Your nervous system is stuck in alarm mode. That's why rest often doesn't work. Understanding what's happening physically makes it less abstract.

The acute phase

If it's not working right now, it's not working right now. This module is about damage control: keeping the absolute basics going without loading yourself up further.

What actually helps

Some things aid recovery. Others sabotage it without you realizing. Learning to tell the difference.

Picking up signals earlier

Your body sends signals before, during and after overload. Learning to notice them before it's too late.

Not back to normal, but to sustainable

Going back to how it was isn't an option. But a life that fits who you are is. About integration, acceptance and what 'better' actually means.
