Autistic burnout. Now what?

If you're reading this, you're probably in the middle of it. Or you've just come out and still don't fully understand what happened.

3-4 hours total, or one standalone part6 standalone partsFree

This guided path is about autistic burnout. Not the version you read about in self-help books, but what it actually looks like. The exhaustion that doesn't go away with rest. The feeling that your body stopped cooperating. The shame of not being able to do 'normal things' anymore.

You get explanations, reflection questions, and exercises to understand what is going on. Not to fix it in six parts, but to see what may be possible right now.

Everything at your own pace. You don't have to finish anything. There's no deadline.

Who is this for?

  • You recognize yourself in autistic burnout, with or without a diagnosis
  • You notice that regular rest isn't enough anymore and want to understand why
  • You're looking for recognition and something to hold on to, not therapy or coaching
  • You want to go at your own pace without anyone looking over your shoulder

Not the right fit if...

  • You're in acute crisis or need immediate help. Contact a care provider or your local crisis line
  • You're looking for professional guidance. This is self-directed material
  • You expect a step-by-step plan that will 'fix it'. Burnout doesn't work like that

How does it work?
